For 27 years at Les Alisiers, our chef has been using his considerable talent to delight your taste buds, blending lightness, finesse and a cuisine based on local produce. In season, mountain game (venison, young wild boar), accompanied by spa‘tzles and fruit compotes. Our menu changes with the seasons.
